Can I switch mid-year?
Absolutely. There’s no bad time to switch. We take over from wherever your previous accountant left off and make sure nothing is missed.
Do I have to contact my old accountant?
No. We handle that entirely. We send a professional clearance letter on your behalf — a standard industry process that your old accountant will be familiar with.
Will there be a gap in my accounting?
Never. We take over all compliance responsibilities the moment you sign up. Your deadlines are tracked from day one and nothing will slip through the gap.
How much does it cost to switch?
Switching is completely free. You simply pay our standard monthly fee from the date you join. We also offer 50% off any catch-up accounts that need completing.
What about my outstanding accounts or returns?
If your old accountant left any work unfinished, we’ll complete it. Any catch-up accounts are available at 50% of our standard rate for new clients.
When is a good time to switch?
Any time — but after your year-end is slightly smoother as accounts are already filed. That said, most clients switch whenever they feel ready, and we make it work regardless.
